To make lasting changes, we need to get to where beliefs are stored…in the subconscious mind…

It is your subconscious mind, or unconscious mind, where most, if not all, of your beliefs are stored. And this is a magical place. Your subconscious mind, believes what you tell it to be true. It does not question, doubt, or argue.

So to best change habits and beliefs, the subconscious mind is where we need to successfully reach to make lasting changes.

Affirmations are great, but we need them to reach the subconscious mind to create the best, lasting changes.
